Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our service, which involves customized digital analysis executed specifically for each client, all sales are final after successful delivery of the report.

2. Full Refund Eligibility

A 100% refund is provided only in the following circumstances:

  • Non-delivery of the report within 48 hours of the agreed delivery date
  • Order cancellation before work has commenced (prior to questionnaire submission)

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Report has been successfully delivered
  • Results did not meet client expectations
  • Recommendations were not implemented by the client
  • Client failed to submit the questionnaire within 7 days of payment

4. Requesting a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the due date via:

5. Processing Time

Upon approval of a refund request, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days using the original payment method.
