1. Nature of Service

We provide behavioral and strategic analysis services for professional positioning and LinkedIn content writing. Our service is based on cognitive and behavioral analysis models used exclusively for professional and marketing purposes.

Any use of the deliverables is intended solely to improve professional image and facilitate better communication decisions.

2. Academic Background

Our analysis is informed by professional experience and academic background in psychology, used as a framework for understanding and analyzing professional messaging—without providing any clinical or medical evaluation.

3. Payment and Ownership

Full payment is required before work begins.
Upon full delivery, the written content becomes the client's property for personal and professional use.
Reselling the content or using it as a commercial service or template for third parties is prohibited without prior written permission.

4. Delivery and No Guarantee of Results

We commit to delivering within the timeframe specified for each package. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

Getting a job
Receiving job offers
Increasing followers or messages

Results depend on factors beyond our control, such as market conditions, platform algorithms, and the behavior of other parties.

5. Revisions

The VIP package includes one round of revisions.
Other packages do not include revisions unless explicitly stated.
Any additional revisions will be priced separately.

6. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all data and content. No file or analysis will be used as a sample or marketing material without explicit written consent from the client.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, parties agree to attempt resolution amicably through direct communication. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that this constitutes a direct professional agreement between both parties.

9. Maximum Liability

In any case, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to this service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Acceptance

By completing payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated above.
